Adds "Clean Modlist" Option in the windows context menu, can be uninstalled in apps and programs.

Old .exe file compiled using pyinstaller, may see false positive on Antivirus, this is because the file is Unsigned.
Only use this if you need to. (ie. Linux with wine) -
.ps1 Version if you dont want to disable antivirus. Requires powershell.

Instead of cleaning the modlist this file transfer the modlist from one save to another.
