Let me guess. You became over encumbered after picking a nice flower. You say I cant be that encumbered, untill you see those hundreds of arrows and herbs...
I like the weight system in the game. Inventory management and comparing if those boots I just took off a corpse are better than mine or valuable is fun. But its stupidly easy to get over encumbered just by having reasonable supply of arrows and ingredients.
So I made this mod that makes arrows, alchemy ingredients, crafting materials weight 0. (And more items in the future)
Modules: (You can use multiple of them, they dont conflict)

- Materials. (Blacksmithing and some alchemy materials.)
- Utilities. (Repair kits and bandages.)
- Potions.
- Foods.
- Ammo. - (Arrows, bolts and bullets.)
- Tools. - (Shovels, torches and daggers.)
- Herbs.
Install:
- Extract downloaded rar with Winrar or 7-Zip Warning! Do not use windows built-in extraction method.
- Locate your game folder. On Steam its in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2"
- If its not there then create "Mods" folder.
- Move extracted folder "weightlessitems..." to "...\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods"
- Done.
