Dear mod author, I noticed that some bandits I encountered had unusually powerful weapons - one even had the highest-tier mace!! I'm not sure if this change came from using your mod or if it exists in the vanilla game, but if I want to try modifying them to use lower-tier weapons instead, could you guide me on how to adjust the mod files?
The increased amount of Bandits make those encounters really dangerous. But...it also makes the ambush scenarios were travelers, traders, villagers or women are attacked by bandits end always up dead. It's kind of a Vanilla bug as they just start attacking as soon the player comes close to the encounter and you can't really interact with fights. The time until you can target someone is just too long. And interfering with enemies that are engaged with other people is also not really intended...guess because the idea for big battles is always attack from the back.
but still. The mod is fun as there are many tough encounters when travelling the map. All what is lost is a small fame increase and some coins. but more bandits more coin anyways. Either weapons or maybe some nice helmet to sell. So the downside of the mod is minor.
Hi, create a new folder in Mods, name it as you wish (mine is more_bandits) and extract this inside. If done correctly you should have more_bandits folder and inside the Data folder + mod.manifest. Have fun

Thanks so much for the help!
how about the more friendly encounters while manually travelling, does this mod affect them in any way?
also lastly, does this affects the game performance?
