I have modified only one die, the 'Weighted Die'. You can add it using a console command, which is provided in the description. This mod may conflict with others, such as 'No Stolen Tag', because it modifies all items in the 'item.xml' table. So, check carefully, and you may need to manually merge the mods you are interested in.
To add an item through the console, you need to launch the game with the -devmode parameter. Then, enter one of the console commands, for example, "WH_CHEAT_ADDITEM 0E43C996-01AC-49F5-9389-BD458DBD01D9". Do not launch the game through Vortex, launch it through Steam.
You also need to install the modification manually rather than through Vortex, this way, it will work correctly.
who normally uses Vortex for anything because this mod manager is only suitable for the trash it spoils the game because it does not install 100% of the mod and if it does install it is not where it needs to be therefore I recommend manual installation or nexus mod menager if this game is available there

<kcd_version>1.1.*</kcd_version> to <kcd_version>1.2.1*</kcd_version>
this helped me and it works good
The mod I use mosly is Cheat that's I've seen edit the same kind of stuff than you, how can I edit it ?
The die does not always roll 1, and I do not know how to make the mod works with the others I have.
P.S. : I think the mod in conflict was No Stolen Tag that's editing Libs/tables/items too.
P.P.S. : It was No Stolen Tag that makes the mod not working properly, so problem solved!

because 0 feels weird
Any chance to add a version with Speed, Intimidation and Presence maxed out as well? They're the only secondary stats this mod doesn't cover.
Either way, thank you for the very useful mod!!
I tried this without other mods beside "Cheat Jewellery" mod.
Note: -devmode as a launch parameter on Steam doesn't help either
Edited: The issue is with Vortex. Manually installing the mod works.
