Edit: I just noticed that Patch 1.2 changed much more than I expected, effectively rendering the current version of my mod unusable. I’ll fix it tonight and update the mod ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

The mod is working if you go to the mod folder (mine is using Vortex) mod manifest and delete the lines of users > *username* > AppData > Roaming > Vortex > kingdomcomedeliverance2 > mods > Instant Herb Picking II > instant_picking_herbs > mod.manifest
Then delete the entire line of the KCD2 version for the mod. It is between the two "<supports>" lines. Should look like this below.
the mod sort of works for me, but the file seemingly is applying the first person kneeling rather than just instantly picking up the herbs, am i missing something?

Its not a conflict per se between specific mods, just that right now you cant mix n match animation mods. If you have less headbob mod, it will override any other animation mod. So if you want both less headbob and faster blacksmithing AND instant gathering, you gotta find a mod that does all that at once.
