A most reasonable option.

Your bow is snappy, your crossbow quick, but npcs using the bow now shoots every 6th second instead of every fourth in archery contests.
A fine balance and the version I prefer. -
Makes reloads near instant. Npc's with bows are too slow to do much, so stick to crossbow contests.

Recommended if you are going to use a bow past 2x speed with no offset.
