   No longer works in 1.2.4 please fix it, hardcore is literally unplayable with how slow the horse is

   It does nothing!!! I have the perks, and in a race I just keep falling behind, with out any visible modofications from this mod!!!

      • you have a mod that changes the buffs from these perks (conflict)
        
      • or if the horse is not your horse
