The game was updated, which automatically disabled the mod version.
I’ll update it today and/or tomorrow. Initially, I’m only modifying the mod.manifest to allow it to work with any game version.
With mods now officially supported, there’s more information available about certain parameters, so I plan to run some tests in the coming days for new versions of the mod and potential adjustments.
New versions have been released. They are still in testing, so please let me know what adjustments you think are necessary and if they're working for you. If you’d like any specific adjustments that I can implement, feel free to speak up.
Greetings everyone, Thank you for the support. I had a rough day trying to figure out why the game was simply ignoring the mod and not loading it. After discovering that the issue was with creating the pak file, things moved quickly, and I ended up not testing many possibilities—focusing mainly on the overall concept. The RPG_param table contains most of the parameters for various "RPG" aspects of the game, but for some reason, a few parameters remain hidden and are only available in the game's DLL. I’m not sure what the vanilla default values are for these hidden parameters—I've just made some estimates. I'll be working on some lighter versions of the mod, so feel free to share your feedback on the adjustments.
If the mod doesn't download when clicking on mod manager download because it says it doesn't support the url if you manually download it and drag and drop it into vortex it fixes that issue
The description says, " this mod offers faster load speeds, reduced penalties, and increased bonuses, ensuring that each attempt to lift valuables is smoother and more rewarding." - So this mod doesn't actually make the pick pocketing itself Easier right?
What I want a mod to do is give me a LOT of time before the NPC can notice I'm attempting to pick it's pocket, say like an entire 60 seconds or more. If this mod doesn't actually make the pick pocketing easier, it's not for me. I already have over 100 thousand gold. Only reason I need to pick pocket at all is to pass quest lines that require it.
If you cant pickpocket with this mod you have a serious issue. The main mod is op as F. Im going to downgrade it. You get exactly what you want 60 seconds and its boring as hell.
In my game, the pickpocket window time drain faster than the one in the overview. The load time is also slower than in the overview. Like there is no effect at all
The mod doesn't work at all. Worst, it give bug where my horse become anxious, knocking off my character every time i mount. Or maybe, does it have some incompatibility with mod that affect horse stamina? Because i am using it
Vortex is unable to download this. Says Error 404 and something about possibly not having the permission to access the URL. This is the only mod I've ever seen do this.
I'm sorry—this problem has happened before. I opened a ticket with Nexus, but they couldn't replicate the error and recommended that we keep reporting it. In any case, after a few minutes and several attempts, the browser/Vortex mysteriously managed to download it successfully.
For me, vanilla robbing it's easy as hell, could you make a version that is more challenging? I feel like I can rob everyone and every item if I want to... and make trading, having money and a lot of stuff really boring so I just evade to rob right now.
How are you turning it into a "refined art form" by making it super easy and op? You are supposed to master the art form of theft by getting gud and leveling your thief skill. At least be honest and say that this mod is made for lazybones that dont want a challenge :)
The description says, " this mod offers faster load speeds, reduced penalties, and increased bonuses, ensuring that each attempt to lift valuables is smoother and more rewarding." - It appears to me this just tweaks a few things that do Not directly effect the actual pick pocketing itself, so no, it's not for lazybones people. The actual pick pocketing itself will be just as hard. Unless by "reduced penalties," he means it gives you more time but that is not stated nor clear exactly what that feature tweaks.
I had the same issue the other day, but it resolved itself a few hours after the upload without any intervention. It seems to be some kind of error on the Nexus server. I'll test it a few more times, and if it persists, I'll open a support ticket and re-upload the file.
Please report this issue to Nexus via Discord or email (support@nexusmods.com). I've already opened a ticket with Nexus, but they couldn’t reproduce the error. They requested that anyone experiencing this problem also report it to them directly.
In any case, I recommend trying to download again—this may just be a temporary issue. In my case, after a few minutes of failure, I was able to download it successfully.

In this video, you can see a preview of how the mod works. It will definitely give you even more time than what you're asking for in this post.
Manual installation is quite literally quicker.
*EDIT* - I was finally able to download it on about the 8th attempt. If anyone else has the same issue, keep trying.
