Sorry it's a bit Irrelevant to your Mod. But I was hoping if it would perhaps be Possible for you to make a Mod that Skips / Removes the Death Animation in Combat and Have NPC's Instantly Ragdoll on Death?
Currently In the Game NPC's play out a Death Animation, then Ragdoll. If there was a way to Skip the Death Animation and Ragdoll Only on Death that'd be Amazing.
(Edit: once you have the pack file, just create a new folder for the mod. Inside this folder, create a folder named Data, and put the pak that you created inside Data. If you also created a mod.manifest put it in the new folder)

It seems like sprinting with a torch in hand still has headbob/camera shake. Can this be fixed? Also, I would love a version with everything except changes in reload speed. I prefer combat related stuff to be unchanged.
I would like a version of the mod without "Disabled camera shaking" Did I understand correctly that this is why the character walks around with a weight in his pants?) Which really spoils the atmosphere of the game, watching your shadow while moving
By how much % is the alchemy and blacksmithing faster?
I have the separate mods for 50% faster alchemy and 25% faster smithing which are the numbers I am looking for, hence I am asking about them.
And how much % faster is reloading the bow and crossbow?
(honestly, I didn't feel any need for a faster bow reloading, just maybe 15-20% faster for the crossbow reloading as the NPCs were always faster in the crossbow contests even when I was firing as fast as I could with maxed stats.)
By my mentioned preferred numbers I am trying to have it faster but still immersive/realistic :) .

I fixed it packing the folders into a .pak file with this other mod

Just unzip the mod (you get the folder with Animations and Libs), and select this unziped folder in the mod from the link I pasted.
