Using the steam release and OpenKH. Textures are all messed up for the gameplay model. The high poly displays fine though. If you combine this mod with the HD models mod, game will crash as stated in the comments. Hopefully someday the modder can fix these mods to work properly on the steam version.
BTW mod is based on this artwork, which should have been the outfit they went with for the final mix release in 2007, but I guess they wanted to maintain that Halloween aesthetic.
The most up to date version of this is crashing my game when i get to christmas town. is there any plans for an update or a way to uninstall it until then?
Use the Kingdom Hearts Save Editor to spawn you in Halloween Town Square at spawn location 1. You can then unlock the save point there. Hopefully you didn't miss any chests or puzzle pieces in the christmas town section though.
I recommend you all to stop using the patcher and setup the OpenKH mods manager which let's you add any mod without patching the game and instantly remove it when needed. I'm not sure if the version of the mod here is the one that I know it crashes or if it's from the latest update which shouldn't. The OpenKH version of this mod never crashed for me. To remove the mod after patching with khpcpatchmanager I'm afraid you'll need to reinstall the game or restore it on epicgames.
Oddly this mod worked just fine during the first two visits to the Halloween Town world in the story. But now that I'm at the end game and I wanted to go back and get a puzzle piece I missed, the game crashes when I pick any of the two christmas town save points. And the halloween town save point isn't accessible. Unfortunately there's no way to uninstall the mod.
EDIT: I used the Kingdom Hearts save editor to change my spawn location to the Halloween Town Square at spawn location 1 and I was able to get the last puzzle piece and unlock the save point there. So at least I wasn't totally SoL!
