A simple bps patch that fixes the odd issue with Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix on PC, where if you are using a framerate setting above 60, it will seemingly randomly drop down to 60 frames per second. Play without these interruptions!

A patch that fixes the odd issue with Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix on PC, where if you are using a framerate setting above 60,  it will seemingly randomly drop down to 60 frames per second. Play without these interruptions! 

To apply, simply use any bps patching software with the provided bps patch, and your Kingdom Hearts II executable. A quick and easy bps patching tool is RomPatcherJS.
