I realize this might be a big ask, but could you make a version of this that works with the Refined exe? Or at least give instructions on how to fix the cutscene behavior on that exe.
For anyone who is confused on how to use this it's relatively straightforward, go to the link provided in the description of this mod, hook it to the exe and it will give you an exe, remove the old exe (i recommend zipping it just in case) and placing the new one it gives you (should look like kingdomheartsIIfinalmix (patched).exe and after you do rename it so it doesn't have (patched), and then just start the game like usual through the EGS launcher.

JumpDuring cutscenes, characters are jittery and blurry. Without this mod it looks fine.
