!!! If you're having crashes or gray textures, use KHPCPatchManager v1.2.0 or a version of OpenKH dating from before March 2025 (with the previous Panacea version) !!!
Update 2.0: I finally fixed the number of cries for some characters (we hear it mostly on Sora who, in a combo made only 5 cries and with the correction in fact 8) Same for Axel who made a cry per attack, Sephiroth and many others.
German Mod Instructions:
New patching method (easier):
- Download "KHPCPatchManager.exe" HERE
- Double-click the exe and choose the patch (to be downloaded first) with "Select patch"
- Click "Apply patch" and choose the game's install folder
- Confirm and the patch will apply (takes roughly 20 minutes)
Once done, enjoy!

- Wait for the patch to finish (should take around ~30 minutes, based on your PC)
- Download the videos
- Extract the archive
- Move the "EPIC" folder into your install directory to overwrite its content
