By default, the game is installed in the following location:
Drop your mod into ~mods folder
For Object Based Motion Blur you can install KeytoTruth's version: Motion Blur at Kingdom Hearts III Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
I learnt a lot of stuff from him and also won't work in making an Object Based only version when it already exists.
