To install:
Extract this zip to your re-reckoning directory:
e.g.
%programfiles(x86)%\Steam\steamapps\common\Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning\%
Now, anytime you want you should be able to fast travel. You still cannot fast travel between the island of gravehal and the mainland.
Fast travelling can break quests, so be careful, but you no longer need to worry about walking out of save the Scholia arcana to fast travel to a dungeon.
