UPDATE (08.08.2021): Mod updated to Version 4.0.
Mod remade completely from scratch (again). Now using new upscale models, some textures recieved a significant upgrade. Also featuring brand new LITE version, which is a middle ground between Vanilla and UCO.

    MINI-UPDATE (09.08.2021): Mod updated to Version 4.1.
After a lot of model tweaking I managed to completely eliminate transparency issues. Using new model for armor textures, now it looks nicer and you can't see through anyone anymore. Also added new updated TPC versions, which offer better performance and much smaller file size without noticeable quality loss.

New version of R/KOTOR Mod Build by Snigaroo now includes my mods so installation should be easier than ever, check it out if you haven't already! Highly recommend for best KOTOR experience.

Hello. Some parts of Bastila clothing are transparent. I tried both 2k .tpc and .tga versions. The same problem applies to some textures from the "Ultimate Taris High Resolution" mod - like walls or boxes. I found a video about removing the alpha channel using Gimp. It fixes the transparency, but it makes textures look faded. I am using all mods from the "Ultimate Mod Series", but the problem seems to only be with "Ultimate Taris High Resolution" and this single Bastila clothing from "UCO". I haven't found a single transparent texture on any other planet. I would be grateful if someone tell me how I can fix this.

Bastila can be fixed by editing her entry in the appearance.2da file with e.g. Kotor tool. Change her envmap entry from DEFAULT to CM_BAREMETAL
For Taris I would recommend to just overwrite the files with Taris revisited...

Love the textures! Just was wondering if you could point me to which file is the retexture for the female scoundrel clothing. Im trying to use Ninostyle's scoundrel armour replacer and im pretty sure the texture from this mod is overriding it so I wanted to remove this mods fem scoundrel armour texture but i've no clue which file it is.

Just check which files Ninostyle's mod contains and delete files with same names from my mod. And I assume you are using TPC version of Character Overhaul? If not there should be no conflicts at all and you can just install over my mod and overwrite if asked.

Tried installing with Vortex, got an error message saying it tried to install files that aren't part of the archive. There are a lot of files affected, so I'm not going to list them, but they're all .tpc

Darn it.  I got that error message as well.  I'm thinking we'll have to manually install it into the Override folder, but I'm not certain.

I don't use Vortex and don't know how it handles mods so can't really provide support here. 99% of KOTOR mods are installed just by dragging files into Override folder so I would recommend just installing it manually.

It would be cool to have 3 companions in party like in Dragon Age Origins.

I found there's no real point to using the mod if you're playing at 1080p. Noticeable at 2k and above, tho.

Would it be possible to install this mod, as well as the FENS graphical overhaul mods for the main characters?

Yes, just install FENS mods after this one and overwrite files when asked. Also make sure that you use TGA version of this mod as TPC version may require removal of duplicate files if the mod you use it in TGA format.

dumb question, but do I need both the TGA version and the TCP version?

.Nevermind, I answered my own question... TPC is the way.
