Prerequisites:
Here's a Tutorial Video by Azzatru that is very straight forward and gives most of the information required on how to set up and install mods for this game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_T670HJxFqE
Installation:
1) Paste the contents of the .zip into the game's folder and replace the files with the same names when it asks.

This mod may interfere with other mods that edit the clone scout trooper
