Wonderful mod! If you use one of the passives from the newer general receptions, the 95% stagger debuff can be ignored completely to grant you full stagger for the fight. (until you get staggered again, that is.) My only complaints is that it seems really unoptimized, I've gotten close to beating it several times but the lag the battle causes will actually crash the game if it goes on long enough.
EDIT: Third Warning is missing from the latest version of the mod now.
An intriguing mod, and I think you did a great job with it.
Story: The English Translation has a few grammatical/spelling errors within the story (and in text id="Censored_nomal_4"). Also, the "return" character seems to end a line of dialogue a lot earlier in the dialogue box than would be expected in-game. Although, I found the story to be quite funny especially with the addition of Netzach.
Music: The music starts a bit loud, then quiets down in accordance with my gameplay settings after like a second. It's just startling.
Background/VFX: The background looks beautiful for what is meant to represent. So does the custom effects for its Mass Attack. Now having said that, it makes the game a bit slower to run (although I am on a laptop that makes the game already slower than in a typical playthrough).
Gameplay: The 95% Max Stagger starting loss mechanic seems a bit excessive, going beyond form. Even in base Lobotomy Corp, Lv5 Workers only had their SP deducted by 60% when working on it (or Lv4 workers when suppressing it). It's essentially one-hit and your librarian is uncontrollable forever... like my SotC/Impurity Gold Pages had like 3-4 Stagger Resist upon starting the fight. lol
I guess such mechanics is fine for a post-endgame abnormality-style battle with no punishment for losing, even if the fight feels a bit luck-based. Then again, I shouldn't be surprised that its rolls are high up there when the fight takes place after The Head. A bit deck/passive puzzly like a couple of Hokma abnormalities. In the very least, it is possible to beat in a sane and reasonable way (ish), and that's what matters. (Still not sure how to clear this with more than 1 Librarian alive though.)
tl;dr Good mod in visuals and gameplay, but bloody difficult and ruthless. Features a nice little story too.
