I've tried installing the Randomizer and everything goes well, until the fifth step. I've downloaded the Lunacid APWorld file, and changed the file from .zip to .apworld (it changed into an Archipelago file) and put the file in the "custom_worlds" folder; but clicking "Generate Template Option" does not generate the Lunacid.yaml. I've checked the Archipelago\Players\Templates folder it default to. I looked around some other options and folders, none of them seemed to have anything.
Hopefully there is some kind of solution (and is user-error on my part), and it isn't a problem with the mod that would be a frustrating fix on your end. Hopefully nothing is too redundant here, just wanted to provide some info to hopefully zero in on the potential issue lol.
Yeah I'm having the same issue. I'm wondering if it's a Archiepelago version difference issue, considering the tutorial says click "Generate Template Settings" despite it now saying "Generate Template Options" in the latest build. Renamed the .zip to .APWorld. Tried keeping the same zip name, tried changing the zip to just "Lunacid.APWorld" too. It just doesn't generate the .yaml file.
Currently unable to connect; matched the name in my .yaml file and made sure the host/port were correct, but i keep getting "a client connection was refused due to 'invalid slot'"
Sounds like the name is wrong. Make sure the name is typed correctly. Understandably, it doesn't look like case matters, or its hard to find the right case, due to the in-game font.
I may be a bit slow or I'm misunderstanding the part when booting up the game to run the generated seed? I was able to generate the seed just fine, got the files and everything, but I'm unsure where to go from here. Is there an order of opening the files for running the seed? Or do I need to move anymore files anywhere? I got my .archipelago file for the seed along with the spoilers file, but I'm unsure if I'm doing this right. I still have my old saves being shown, and I don't know how to make sure the arch saves are to be used instead?
Update: Ok, nvmd. It was a silly thing on my part. But now I don't know about jumping in the game for the login? I remember how to login through the server addresses from way back in the day, but the game thinks I can't connect to the server. The "CONNECT" button is always red, even with HOST and PORT fields filled out.
I know the website can be a bit slow for me anyway. Something else, and something I should get to working better, is that there *is* feedback in the console, but not necessarily in-game, if there's a problem connecting.
I think there was a problem with something like this with an improper versioning. I believe I have it fixed in 0.6.1 (Yes I am a bit behind on updating here lmao).
I also have had another note that sometimes its not clear that casing is important; it is, its just that Lunacid's font style makes it all look uppercase so it can be confusing. I just kinda don't want to change the font because its a part of the game's original style/charm. I'll have to figure out a good way of making it more obvious.

Thank you, and have a good day!
