      It's a shelter, just visually nicer to see instead of just leaving them wandering around.

   This is awesome, especially paired with your console command mod. Does this allow families to immigrate into homeless camps with high enough approval?

      Homeless tent is not considered a "Living Space", so no.
      
      But it can be paired with other mod such as the "Refugees" mod that doesn't assign home to the refugees

      No plans at the moment, depends on mod request and what the base game introduce next, if you want more mods consider the Patreon membership, the mods will always be public and free, but whether the development will stay active depends on how much time I can spare.
