The reason this is a plain reskin rather than a complete overhaul of the model, as I usually do, is because she is a minor. I do not want anyone asking for "extra" stuff in these comments.
I'm surprised, you didn't go down the like gothic lolita style you know with the puffy dress. Best character I can think of in this style is Celestia from danganropa. it's a pretty big subsect of goth culture. that or visual kei.

i second this it would be so cool to get a gothic lolita style, maybe preventing sexualisation by adding a peticoat as a part of the mesh? if not for penni then maybe the mech since thats what you really see in game.
