   You must use the latest Overstrike tool to install the mod. The older Overstrike tool had few limitations that might prevent certain files from being installed properly causing the mod to not appear in the game.
   
   Also, I've received reports that a specific 'Free Roam Venom' mod is causing issues with McFarlane mod. If you're experiencing this, I recommend using Okangel's Venom Free Roam mod instead. I'm personally using it, and it's working fine for me.

   Hi, I've replayed the first Spiderman many times thanks to your mods.  
   
   Ultimate Spiderman for PS2 was my favorite.  You do excellent work and I would really like two versions:
   
   -Venom, Ultimate ps2 version
   
   -Spiderman, Ultimate carnage ps2 version
