      This author was able to figure it out! I guess there's a neck seam, and the face doesn't fully animate in cutscenes, but it still looks fine for gameplay if that's what you're looking for.

   Could you make this version of Peter from the early scene to replace any of the begining suits ?

      It looks like the game stores Peter's unmasked head separately from the casual outfits I can find in the files. Simply swapping a non-suit outfit over a suit causes him to become headless, so unfortunately that isn't as simple.
      
      These two authors have been able to replace suits with an unmasked Peter model though. Maybe one of them can help you more.
