   Is there anything specific we need to do? I've tried all 3 files together and all of them come up with 100% NG+ but none give the achievment, judging by the comments It's me doing something wrong though haha. Thank you nonetheless

   Worked Perfectly! I tried another save from another creator and it didn't pop the Power and Responsibility achievement. This one, did! This needs more downloads.

   File worked for me to get the One More Time/Power and Responsibilty achievements. Just loaded up the NG+ save for 99% completion and watched the ending cinematics again and then both achievements popped. Thanks for the post.
