    Having Issues?
You can report issues for Mod Manager here. This is not for mod support - go to the proper mod page for support. If you are having issues with Mod Manager itself, report it here, or come to the ME3Tweaks Discord.

Pirated or cracked game(s) = no support
Please do not waste my time.

If you are having issues with the program you MUST include a link to a Mod Manager log with your post - otherwise it will be ignored
If your Mod Manager is working, please follow these directions:

If your Mod Manager is not working:
    Spoiler:
    Show
    Navigate to C:\ProgramData\ME3TweaksModManager\Logs
Upload the latest modified file to a site (like pastebin) and POST the link to it

If you want to help with the project, donating a Nexus Premium membership is useful as I have to download many mods to test with the many different features (like identifying third party mods).

Quick question, is there a way to create an install order for quick restalls after backup restore? I've been screwing around with different DLC and Texture mods in LE! to find and way to make the seams from Primitives go away and with over a dozen or so mods that part can get tedious.

Maybe just a way to reorder the mod library to be in order of which mods I want to install first rather than alphabetically? That way I don't have to refer back the the guide every time.

    Hi there

Is there a way to reinstall mods without resorting to loading a backup file ?

Meaning, I have over a dozen mods for ME2LE but its been so long since I played that I forgot the keybinds :(

I restarted a new play through in ME2LE and just after collecting my pistol, in order to progress I need to "reload" my pistol but my set bind which the game reminded me as "middle mouse button," doesn't work.

But when I press my MMB nothing happens, I'm guessing there is maybe a conflict between the default bindings and the bindings that comes from the mods I installed.

Also I never did a game back up of ME2LE :P

Ahh great looks like I will just have to use steam and verify my files. Damn it !

I have installed the L! community patch but no more mods are installing. The installation is exiting from running Autotoc.

I recently have removed and gotten rid of onedrive. In that process i moved my backup files. The Mod manager is showing that the backups are not in the proper location (because they were moved from old location of OneDrive\Documents\ME3TweaksModManager\ME backups\Manager). I was trying to "link to an existing backup" for the MELE Launcher and it will not allow me to select the  new file location in Documents\ME3TweaksModManager\ME backups\Manager .  Is this the proper location? It will not allow me to select a folder as it is looking for a a Game Executable? Any idea what i may be doing wrong?

You pick the game executable in your backup panel, and it will validate the target as a valid backup and then mark it as such.

I believe the MassEffectLauncher application would be the executable in this case. When i select that is gives and error of "Cannot use this target as backup: Invalid target: EulaUl.swf was not found in game directory.

Where are the backups located? I'd like to delete them and get my drive space back since I don't think I need them anymore

Is there a way for ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to launch the game AND the EA App together, (the game would not start if the EA App was not running,)  and then shut down the EA App when exiting the game?  (Don't want the EA App to run and  spy and collect data in the background when not playing the game.)

i.e., just automate the launching EA App + a Mass Effect game together, and automate shutting down the EA App when exiting the Mass Effect game.

Right now, I constantly have to remember to start the EA App before running the game, and then remember to shut down the EA App after I am done playing the game.  (I do not want the EA App to be running when I do not need it, and I have blocked EA from automatically starting up with Windows.)

The game DRM for ME3 and onwards should auto run those. My tool can't do custom launches like that, but if you used the origin2:// protocol and knew what to put in for the game it may work. I think there's a parameter that makes it think it ran from steam and it auto terminates, but I don't know what that is, it has been years since I investigated how that works.  If you make it think there's an alternate storefront, I think it kills on exit.
  8. You are such a pompous D-BAG, you say people aren't allowed to remove laggy and restrictive DRM from a game that they bought, or use a version of windows that isnt constantly forcing updates and breaking things

if i want to crack my legally purchased game so i dont need to install origin, make an EA account, or maintain a constant internet connection, you dont have a right to stop me, same as using windows 10 LTSC so my computer isnt restarting itself every couple of days and breaking things

the ONLY thing i agree with you on is not supporting piracy, but for everything else, i offer you a giant middle finger

I'm trying to install some things for BG3, and for some strange reasons it opens ME3 Tweaks, so since it's been a while since i even used this program i figured I'd just uninstall it, but it isn't showing up in Windows Programs for uninstallation, and when searching for the file for manual deletion, my PC can't find it, yet the program still opens, when trying to download mods using the integrated "browser to vortex mod manager" system

You can right click the process in task manager and go to location.

thats neat, but how does one uninstall ME3Tweaks Mod Manager? I just finished my MELE playthrough with some wonderful mods, but would like to now uninstall everything. Cannot uninstall.

I accidentally opened Vortex while using ME3Tweaks (icons are next to each other in the task bar).  Now, I cannot download mods to ME3Tweaks.  Instead Vortex downloads them.  Short of hunting the downloads up in Vortex's folder structure and importing them, how can I fix it so that ME3Tweaks will receive the downloads instead?

EDIT:  Solved.  I just needed to close ME3Tweaks and re-start it.

Version 9 no longer works on Proton/Linux/Wine. I have to use the previous version.

I don't suppose you ever found a Proton version that worked? The latest version of Early Recruitment requires v9 of ME3Tweaks, so a previous version isn't really an option on my end.
