14/07/2021 * I don't give permission to convert this mod for MELE at any circumstances or change it, altering the mesh or using any of my assets and upload it as your own, I'm working on the conversion for MELE.*
------------------------------------------------------------ - It seems old version mods stop working and I have to update my mods, the best option would be to update my mods as DLC mods but the problem is I have no idea how to do it and I can't find a guide for it :(. If anyone can help me with a guide it would be much appreciated and I could update my mods properly with "plug and play"!, PM me thanks.
- Sorry if I didn't reply to last comments, I'm very busy with work and I don't receive any notice via email or something for comments here. I know all comments are all about problems with the mod to work, it needs to be updated. I'll update the mod as DLC mod when I find out how to do it.
- A new version for Male Shepard with neck fixed more rounded and maybe some textures. - Alliance texture for Female Shepard. - This mod for Kaidan and Ashley to replace their casual outfits, the one I started long time ago Virmire Survivors (I'll upload this as a new mod) - DLC Mod Update.
Why too long for this? Because my pc died and I couldn't save some .psd files and meshes edited and have to start over again but I haven't time for modding now, sorry for the inconvenience.
As my other mod, I reuploaded the files because they tended to change the name randomly, it seems a bug from the page. I hope reupload the files will fix it -.-. [No way, the files still changing the name randomly :/, sorry about that]
UPDATE 11-12-13 I'm working on version 2.0: - Femshep version 2.0 will have a remodeled chest and no weird space between the breasts.
- Maleshep version 2.0 will have an improve on the texture to look more darker and real and I will try to remodel the dog tags to prevent clipping as far as possible.
UPDATE 15-12: Version 2.0 UP! More info on the desc.
UPDATE 18-12: Extra Texture (Alliance) for Maleshep is now UP. I'll upload extra textures as I complete one after another.
UPDATE 15-01: I'm busy now for accepting requests so I'm taking a break from modding. I'll be free around mid February so the requests already asked will be completed on that date and I'll make .mod files for all the textures too , the same with extra textures for both Shepards.
However, If you have any question or issue with the mod let me know .
UPDATE 26-02: I uploaded a new N7 Shirt version without stripes on the sleeve by a request, and I'm free now for some request too. I'm doing all the backward request on my list like the shirt version with the tattoo and request with other pants .
UPDATE 24-03: Reuploaded all the files with fixed TPFs for the new TPF Tool. Added a new Femshep version, White Shirt by a request
UPDATED 5-5-14: Sorry for the late responses, my pc broke down
UPDATE 11-05-14: Added a new texture for MaleShep: No Stripes N7 shirt and tags by DarthEzio07, thanks !
UPDATED 22-6-14: Sadly, more problems and is still broken.
UPDATED 2-5-15: I'm back with a new pc finally! Can work again ^_^. * I'm planning on a new version for the male with remodeled neck, I learnt more basics tools with 3ds Max and now I can do it better because I don't like how the neck looks now.
--->There is a typo on the Male readme and it should be BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.pcc not BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.pcc but I can't reupload the files right now, sorry for that.<---
That s-pgg is you too? That Shepard and mod look aweomsome. (Short Dark Hair > All) And Dat MisTaKe... DaYuUmm
It will take sometime for me to use your mod, I was just starting ME3, after making 2 ME2 playthroughs to get 2 different romances and then I stumble upon a ME1 video of Texture Update/Improvement and I immediately knew I had to make a full playthrough again. xD
No, that's Goha's Blog ( http://s-pgg.blogspot.com.es/ ) an awesome render maker, she makes mods for XNALara and she is on my list of faves blogs. Goha's Femshep is the best you should follow her .
Don't worry! the newest versions will be better, take your time .
Hi Kitsumi and thank you SO MUCH for this mod! I have no words to express my gratitude for creating this incredible mod and sharing it with everybody!
As for the 'issues' that many of you are writing about, I have good news -> I figured it out, at least... it worked for me.
If you want to use the ALOT mod combined with the T-Shirt, the creators of ALOT have updated it so you have to install the N7 T-Shirt AFTER you install ALOT, before I used to install the N7 T-Shirt prior to installing ALOT. I know what they say regarding to other mods "don't install other mods after you install ALOT or it might corrupt it".
But here is how it worked for me: 1) Installed ALOT (v12) 2) Imported and replaced the PPC Arm file (it's in the "Modded Casual Outfit N7 Shirt MaleShep Blue Dogtags 2.0 Fixed") zip file, instructions are also there where to replace that PPC file; I don't know about the rest T-Shirts though, so I use that one cuz it's my favorite. 3) After replacing the PPC file, open ME3 Explorer / TPF Tools and import the texture. In order NOT to have that "white" bug, just UNCHECK the blood texture, you'll see it once you import the tpf file and then go ahead and install it ("Install Valid"). It's really important to UNCHECK the "Blood Texture" file, so that your installation might be successful.
And that's it. It worked for me and I am sooooooo happy, even though the ALOT mod is in 4K textures and the T-Shirt is in 2K, it's barely visible if you ask me.
Again, THANK you so much for this mod Kitsumi, I just can't imagine playing Mass Effect 3 without it and of course, without ALOT (+ all of the others that they recommend downloading, such as face tweaks, weapon textures, lights etc).
You're capable of installing the textures without the need of having to use ME3Explorer. The ALOT installer allows users to install .tpf files directly without the need of running texmod. Users still have to replaced the file in their BIOGAme\CookedPCConsole folder but instead of using ME3Explorer you can drop the .tpf file into the ALOT installer and just install the texture file. Afterwards run the autotoc under settings and it should be a permanent change to the intro outfit.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is this mod working at this point / can it still be installed? I would love to have this outfit for my femshep, but I'm hesitant to permanently apply this texture if the mod is no longer working for some reason.
ETA: I'm feeling pretty silly now, because I didn't realize that I could just use ME3Explorer's AutoTOC instead of TOCbinupdater as the Read Me says. This is probably obvious to a lot of people, but I figured I would mention it just in case someone else was unsure like me. My new favorite casual outfit for my FemShep!
Does anyone know how to get rid of the burn marks on Shepard's arms? Or do they go away after the intro mission?
As someone else said, they're visible on the mod creator's pictures also. It's a bit strange. Thanks.
Edit:
Having looked in-depth at the files in ME3 Explorer, I saw that the 'burn' effect is actually the 'blood' version of the texture. To fix it, I a) extracted the relevant DDS files in ME3 Explorer, b) made a copy of the clean non-blood texture, c) renamed the copied clean texture so that it appeared to be the blood texture (DIFFBLOOD_0x9DF01FEC), then d) installed the new DDS files in ME3 Explorer.
This obviously means that the blood effect won't appear later in the game, but I'd say that this is worth it to fix the intro.
I've been using this mod for years and it's hands down one of my favourites. I recently picked up ME3 again and I would like to do a few personal tweaks to it (nothing to share, promise!) but when I use the tpf extractor, I can't open the files. Ideas?
Question, is it possible to change outfits during intro of the game?
For some reason, while using the modded coalscend file that unlocks all armour and casual outfit, the casual outfit is stuck either on the green casual n7 hoodie or sometimes the pink nude outfit, I think what happened is that the modded coalscend file, the particular casual gear file swapped with another file, thus looking different.
That also brings into question here, is it possible to swap files? For instance, the n7 green hoodie casual is #5(#20 on chest), to like any other number??? Like casual gear #5 looking like 30? just an example, thanks
I tried messing with gibbed saved editor along with the coalscend editor, no go.
I tried changing the causal id under appearance using gibbed saved editor, can not change, has anyone got it to work???
Although I can view my casual and my battle equipment before doing a particular mission, everything seems there, but I want to change intro outfit.
Thank for creating this mod. I'm currently using it for my broshep in the stripes version. Love it so much. I know it's been awhile since your last update and you're probably too busy to even look at this page, but if you ever come back here and have time, if you would consider doing a version (for both fem and bro) where the pants are black instead, boots black as well. Even if it's just the same camo but darker. Thanks for reading.
