No, you're good. I used the Frosty Tool Suite to edit the stats.
It's been a good number of years, so I'm a bit fuzzy on the specifics, but I did it by editing the stats of the guns when held rather than the gunstats excel table. If you open up one of my mods in Frosty, you should be able to filter out anything that's not changed by the mod. Just find the Ruzad (versions 1-10) in there and change the Max Ammo Count variable.
They'll be in something like Game/Weapons/Shotguns/Ruzad, and find the {something, something ruzad 1 - 10}.ebx's.

And I have a little request, can you place make same improvements for 2 more guns? M-3 Predator is nice thing when it using with full auto mod, but it have a segnificant lack - it's ammo capacity shortage. I think Predator will be damn good, if it ammo capacity will be increased from 105-131 up to 270-300 or 300-330 rounds. Also it will be nice if it damage will be increased up ~20%. Almost same situation with M-5 Phalanx. It have excelent damage and accuracy, it's helluwa deadly with full auto mod, but again this damn ammo capacity shortage. Increasing from default 84-105 up to ~240-300 rounds will be saving. Well, at least it's all true in couple with Balanced Weapons patch. Balanced Weapons patch increase ammo capacity a little, but 216 (max at X rank) rounds for Predator for example is definitely not enough for using full auto mod.
For "this is cheating" type of people - I think, it's not... IF you playing with only 2 guns, sniper rifle/shotgun + smg/pistol for example, and especially if you playing by profiles with no weapon buffs +N% to accuracy/damage. And those who wanna cheat usually somehow find a way one way or another, for that matter, so I think this improvements will not spoil the game balance much )

They are indeed save game compatible. They only affect that stats of the individual guns, so they don't bake anything into your save.
I resinstalled MEA to double check the state of the mods and they worked just fine. Had Ruzad, Charger, Avenger, and Incisor all in effect and shooting nice. I'm not sure why it why it wasn't working for you, but I'd double check that you're launching the game through Frosty rather than directly, and make sure that Frosty is creating it's symlinks okay (It doesn't like exFAT drives sometimes).
Apologies if I sound like a total noob (coz I am....) But how do I get these to show up in my game? I have downloaded the Rambo, the Heavy Gunner and Expl Freedom Dispenser to try. They are installed correctly through Frosty and are active in my list. However....None of them show up in my inventory, or the vendors, or research or development. Am I missing something?
If they're enabled in Frosty, they should be in the game. Did the guns have different stats to the pictures? They're not visually different or named any differently, each mod just alters the stats of the guns.
If they were different stats, I'd guess that there was a mod conflict or another weapon mod overwrote them.
Hello, cool mod!!! Is it possible to do this for KISHOK X, so that there would be a clip for 8-10 rounds and there was no idiotic charging of the shot, Or make it automatic like Indra ?
After messing around with the widow for about four hours, I've gotta say it. I have never known how much I wanted an EM1 in a video game until today. Thank you.
