Greetings. I am experiencing the same issue. I am pretty new to modding so what does Massfps stand for? I attempting to find a mod installed that could be causing this.
Came here to see if anyone else had this problem. As soon as the cut finishes when you first find the m-44. The screen freezes and I have to close with task manager. This is LE and I downloaded 33 mods in one day. Installing them one at a time. I used ME3 tweaks.
Hammerhead sequences are not difficult, just tedious and this mod is a must to remove that tedium. Just did all the project Firewalker missions quick and painless.
I think I might have to give this mod a go. The Hammerhead's armor is a thick coating of emulsified chocolate mousse, which can't hold up in a fight with pretty much anything. I just have to sit back and outrange most enemies I encounter or play peek-a-boo. That cutscene from Project: Overlord where you ram those two LOKI mechs? Shepard and company should have gone up in flames if that happened. I later learned you damage the hell out of the Hammerhead by ramming enemies on foot.
I always felt like they did it deliberately, albeit I don't think it was the best idea at all.
Mostly because I'm sure it popped in someone's head like "Well, the Mako was unwieldy and hard to maneuver but strong like a tank, so we have to make the Hammerhead handle like a dream but not be as strong to compensate." On paper, it would've been like the two vehicles having different strengths so that one isn't objectively better than the other. I can sorta see it.
However, from a gameplay standpoint it was just objectively frustrating. There's absolutely no reason it should be on the brink of exploding after three seconds of a barrage of fire against it. They wayyyy overcompensated. So yeah, I'm so glad this exists now!
Even in the original mass effect 2 i hated the Hammerhead missions. It was like trying to play one of the games back in the SNES days that you just die from 2-3 hits and have to start over again. With this mod, makes it alot more fun.

Edit: I just restored all 3 games and then reinstalled all the mods again except this one. ME3tweaks diagnostics showed a texture error.
