With Super Spectre Shepard, your Shepard will be an unstoppable killing machine.
I made this mod because I like to roleplay as an overpowered character.
What this mod does : changes the passive parameteres of the Spectre Training talent, so that by talent level 11 you will deal 10x damage, have 10x power duration, and have 10x health.
Talent Levels:
HOW TO INSTALL:
1) Go to your game folder>BioGame>CookedPCConsole
2) Backup 'Engine.pcc' (if you want)
3) Download and extract Engine.7z
4) Copy the extracted Engine.pcc file and overwrite your Engine.pcc
5) Profit
HOW TO UNINSTALL:
1) Overwrite the Engine.pcc with your back-up Engine.pcc

HOW TO INSTALL:
