Ok I tested it. It doesn't respec Charm/Intimidate, it only respecs visible talents. Since Charm and Intimidate are hidden it doesn't reset it. So it's fine to use both mods.
No but it's compatible with it. Use that also if you want to. My mod deals with the Charm/Intimidate talent skills. Paragade Persuasion deals with persuasion checks in the game. You don't need Paragade Persuasion with my mod because the charm/intimidate talents are maxed out and hidden. So it'll pass all checks anyway. I recommend that mod with my mod for using shepards made before my mod is installed. I use both. You still need to put points into Charm/Intimidate with that mod only by itself.
Dialogue options are now all locked after playing for a while I guess gaining paragon points somehow screwed it up :( (I activated this mod before I created a character) Is there a way to remove this mod without starting new? I don't want to restart the whole game again.

found a way, I disabled the mod and added them manually with the save editor:
Go on "Raw Data" tab -> "Complex talents" and add two new values 108 and 109, change every value (current rank, max rank, level offset etc) like in this picture:
Yeah I never had anyone have that problem before. I'll see if anyone else has that problem and ill take a look. This mod doesn't mess with save files. But it does have those values default. Also adding paragon points or renegade points has nothing to do with charm/intimidate. Also you can't add more charm/intimate points if its already maxed.
Would it be possible to alter your mod in a way that respects the current max level of charm / intimidate talent points? For example, when you start on Eden Prime, the max level of charm / intimidate is 3 (I believe), so both should only have three talent points invested.

All dialogue options are open because you start out with 12 charm/intimidate (hidden). Dialogue options are locked behind Charm/Intimidate not Paragon/Renegade. They are two separate things in ME1. It is a bit confusing but yeah nothing will be greyed out with this mod.
You have to earn the 80% Paragon/Renegade points to unlock those. If you want those play them both without having to worry about Paragon and Renegade and its based on level instead I recommend this mod by Vegz. Unc Morality
If it's even possible, you should make a mod where the paragon and renegade bar is maxed but you have to invest charm/intimidate points for the respective dialogue options. This would make way more sense to me than the vanilla game configuration. This way you can be as good as you want, and still invest into the intimidate skill bar and vice versa.
The Paragon and Renegade points (which are earned by decisions) and decisions are what carries over into L/ME2. Charm and Intimidate does nothing but block decisions. I can make another mod though that does what you said.
