For some reason I am unable to add an array element when trying to edit the MELE2 classes. The option simply does not appear.
EDIT: Turns out the UI has changed since the guide was made and the button that says Add Array Element has been changed to simply say Array with symbols next to it, those symbols being + - I'm leaving this comment here in case others have the same confusion.
Doesn't work for me, tho i suspect it is some problem with the package explorer in my case, but will write here just in case someone experienced similar problems and found a fix. I follow the guide carefully pretty much word for word, but no matter what i try to change it results in an endless loading screen. First i tried to get cloak to vanguard replacing cryo ammo- no luck, then i tried to recreate the guide example with overload to adept replacing grenades- nope, that is when i noticed the file size is always 9999kb, while in the guide the modded file is pretty much the same as the original. Finally, i just opened an unedited file, didn't change a single thing in it and saved it, the new file was 9800kb and crushed the game again. I don't know what can cause this, my best guess is my PC lacks something the editor needs to compose the edited file properly(i tried both Stable and Nightly versions).
A few months late, but you need to update your TOC. The reason for the game getting stuck in the loading screen happens because the new modified pcc file for your class is 9000+ kb, when the originals are usually around 3 or 4k kb in size. So, idk if the legendary explorer has the option, but if it doesn't, you need to download an older version of the ME3Explorer, then open the AutoTOC and click Generate TOC. That should fix the issue.
For anyone who gets stuck in an endless loading screen (in the original Trilogy), you need to update your base-game TOC. Trying to figure out how to add Tech Armor to Adept and I ported the files correctly but it's still not showing up in my game, am I doing something wrong?
Hi, had issues adding Kasumi's Flash Grenades in ME2 to base infiltrator class powers, figured it out, looks like a few others had asked about it DLC unique squad powers before... Guide doesn't have the answer, included a screen shot, you have to drag over the WHOLE reference file to the modded file as shown, on top of the character class header..
Would anyone be so kind as to make a vanguard with no cryo ammo or incendiary ammo, and add tech armor instead. I've tried multiple times to change the files and I can't get it to work. I am honestly not sure what I am doing wrong. I have no animation mods. I have no texture mods. My mods are: ALOV LE3 Lot of videos, just increase fps during cutscenes to 60 Classic Heatsinks expanded galaxy Halcyon Hairpack Javiks new armor LE3 community patch LE3 diversification project ME3LE3 combinewd tweaks morning hairstyles no weapon weight removed shared cooldown skip safely samaras new armor specter expansion take earth bacj tali remasters LE3 unrestricted weapon upgrades
Hey, I know this is late, but I wanted to check in. Did you ever figure this out? Or was anybody able to help you? I have only been able to get a new save file to take the changes. Any existing files seem to use what already exists. That might change on a refresh (level-up, new mission, etc.), but a fresh game (can import a character no problem) should take the changes.
Not sure if y'all care anymore but double check that you're using the LE3 Community Patch class files as your base, otherwise your changes are gonna be overwritten, at least for edits to LE3.
For LE3 I want to give the Infiltrator class the Marksman attribute, how can I do it from scratch ? I have moded other games before but I am a noob here
Please Help. How do to change the class name and description? I've been trying to figure that out, but it's not explained how in the guide at all, and I know it's very much possible, (even the names of the powers themselves too) but no one has stepped up to provide an actual explanation.
I'm getting a headache from this, opened adept and infiltrator and been trying to add warp and singularity from adept to my infiltrator build, get as far as object array and the array on the infiltrator side is greyed out, it's normal on the adept. I am stumped. Wonder if adding them with trilogy save editor would be easier.
Doesn't work and i've done everything right like said in the tutorial. Done it twice too. Waste of time and i suggest to just download "beta bonus powers" if someone needs to add class powers like adrenaline in ME3.
