I'm very unfamiliar with editing the files to make certain things happen. Since your mod directly modifies war asset triggers, I figured I'd try my luck.
Is it possible to create a mod where you can get STG Task Force and Salarian First Fleet as well post Citadel Coup if you saved Valern?
Other than that, I was hoping to get Mikhailovich, Cerberus Escapees, and N7 Spec Ops Team, but the latter two may not be in the files for LE.
Not expecting anything, but I would appreciate your consideration. Would do it myself if I knew how.
There's a minor conflict with Cerberus Retrofits which reverts it's visual changes in the cutscene. Not a big deal, but a patch would be nice since this mod mounts higher.
Im havin an issue with Kirrahe being alive. I know i saved him, i talked to him at the end on the normandy even. I checked with save editor and both requirements are there, yet still i meet the replacement in ME3... any tips? i want to talk to that mofo one more time, before i finish me3 and put the game on a shelf for another couple of years.
edit: Solved, apparently you meat Kirrahe later in the mission? idk i met him when the fight was on.
First of all thanks for this mod, it feels more immersive and makes more sense lore wise.
Though one thing that always bugged me is that if Councilor Esheel is on the council instead of Valern(if you let the council die), you ONLY get the STG task force, even though Admiral Hackett says the Salarians sent a fleet as well as the STG. It always bugged me that this was the case as Esheel commands more respect the Valern and almost thanks Shepard for letting the old council die, not to mention that a significant portion of the salarian military was close to mutiny for not doing SOMETHING about the reapers.
I understand why Bioware did what they did war asset wise as they didn't want to encourage players to sacrifice world leaders and catch hell from EA, still it would've made more sense lore wise to withhold an Asari fleet instead as the Asari will not be happy with Shepard for allowing their prized historical dreadnought to be destroyed resulting in the balance of power to be tipped more toward the Alliance.
Is there any way to keep Kirrahe ME3 armor but with his old face from ME1 ? I always thought that his change of outfit was because he got promoted from Captain to Major.
it was always baffling to me that it was more advantageous number wise to let him die I get that the war asset system is flawed in general and the number really doesn't matter for the most part, but I'm OCD and like to get the number as high as I can manage, so thanks! now I can save Kirrahe in my playthroughs without issue
