Attempted fix for Kaidan related issues with Casual Hubs. Deleted all references of the vanilla Officers outfit (CTHa) so it would no longer get confused. Ideally I wanted to set a new package with casual outfits for Kaidan and Ashley like you can Shepard so I wouldn't have to ship CTH. I haven't been able to do that unfortunately, and this was the other way I could think of.
Added requirement dlc to installation options to help see which options are viable.
