Decent mod here. Appreciate the work. Noticed the Owens omni uses the Locust model. Shouldn't it use the Jenner model. I can't use it, lol, messes with me head. I just sell 'em when they become salvage.
Running into an issue with several (that I've seen so far) model of omni mechs. I'm starting a new career mode game and trying several starts to see what I want to play this time around. I've gotten Striders and Blackjacks that are all over tonnage with invalid equipment, which is odd because I'm using all the of the Yet Another Mods, and I've checked everything to make sure I have the latest versions downloaded.... not sure if this is directly related to your mod or not Snafulator, but I thought I'd start here, since it seems to mostly affect the Omni's and see if you might have an idea what's happening. Looking in the save editor there's two versions of some of the omni's, I'm trying to figure out where the other ones are coming from.... if I add an Omnicore Omni mech (with the _MDA at the end of the variant name) they seem to be ok but don't come with fixed engines..... It's all the variants with fixed engines that have issues because it seems they don't register that they have engines at all, and thus the XL engine won't reduce the weight... in fact if you remove the XL engine and try to re-add it says there's no available slots.
I feel like the omnimech quirk should be changed, if possible. Omnimech upkeep costs are enormous, but the cost and time to change out equipment is miniscule.
Currently the quirk just gives a -20% cost to upkeep, which doesn't really play on the positive or negative of an omnimech.
Hmm both bugs are to do with fixed equipment property. I am thinking of just removing/replacing the fixed components as they are causing nothing but problems.
I'm loving the Omni mechs so far. My only gripe is not being able to swap engines. It would be awesome to have a version that doesn't use fixed engines in all the variants. To be honest, I loved seeing them; just not in all the mech variants. I haven't played long enough to run into the salvage issues tho. Hope you get it figured out either way.
Seeing Templars in the Market with CASE, but when I buy them, no case listed as equipment. Is there a conflict with something else? Should this load after YAML and HarJel? Any ideas?

Also, is each variant it's own 'Mech so you can give all the configs to the AI? It looks like all the hardpoints are the same.
