Ok im back in the modding game thanks to an RMA'ed/replaced motherboard!
Im still in the middle of updating my Relux mod but i had a request to remove the damage/sparks particle effects from all Cockpits so i'll get that up in a few days time, im hopping to expand this mod with better Transplex/Glass and weather effects such as icing/rain/water run off and ash/Sand/Dust stains & reset and relight areas of the cokpit/panels.
If you're still playing mechwarrior, it would be amazing if you were to use your presets and experience to reposition per mech cameras specifically for mechwarriorVR huds.
Those diegetic panels are absolutely incredible and the first step to make them more flatscreen-friendly could be to tweak camera heights and angles slightly.
Is there a way we can switch between this view and the default face in window view? I think I like to switch to this view for immerson but when its time to fight, my mechwarrior literally sits up and as much forward as possible to see better. :)
Nexus seems to change the actual string when you write it in here. I just tried and it showed up as above. That may be the same issue whith what is on the description page. It's likely the one from the picture but Nexus changed it. It's turning the word constraint and the following = sign into "Cjavascript-event-stripped"
I'm not seeing the "javascript-event-stripped" text replacement when I look at the description. It looks the same as in the pic for me, and copies/pastes just fine. Maybe it's an issue with certain browsers, or Nexus fixed that problem. Here it is as code though... [/script/engine.localplayer] AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV
So I'm curious if there's any chance of this being made compatible with all the most up to date dlc? I saw yesterday that this mod does not impact the Crusader, Hatchetman, and possibly others. It would be nice for the cockpit camera to be fully consistantly fixed accross the board.
Stupid Question: This mod was clearly made for ultra-wide displays. Does it also work for normal monitors, or is there a version/another mod that just pushes the camera back to simulate the additional "in cockpit" feel that this mod offers?
Unsure if I'm missing something, but I can't seem to get the mod to load and I'm unsure if it's due to my game being saved to an external hard drive and I'm editing the wrong engine file (save file created from first installation on C drive) or if it's not going into the load order correctly. Anyone have any tips?

Seems to work well with YAML, it only moves the camera back a bit, but I like it.

But that one which is shown on description picture is different and is just working fine :)
Hope it can be helpful for someone
