i was one of the first to download this mod when you launched it 2 years ago. had a little hiccup that i sorted out then. just installed the presets again. no issues this round and the game runs great. yes i got an FPS drop so if anyone is having some frame issues,
got to in game settings and drop your view distance, foliage and shadows down to medium. it stabilized my frames at 60fps or so with so far no random lag spikes.
as i said in my first comment. this makes the game very easy on the eyes and reduces the eye strain from the fog effect. and adds a nice amount of color that was lacking in vanilla
Looks good for the most part, but on the third pair of screenshots, the fog looks more natural in the original, as it should look like when it rains near the river. In reshade, it looks pale and too blue.
I'm sure the Reshade looks beautiful in-game but it made my game so slow I couldn't even load the game and since I wasn't sure how to uninstall it I had to delete the whole game and install it all over again. Too bad because it looked great.

Think I got it working by using the reshade in the main directory with the first exe.. trying it now it seems to be working but not 100% sure yet.
NEW.. It works that way :) I tested toggles yup it is 100% working if you use the main exe as the reshade target!
Thanks for the reshade, love it.
PS: I disabled the LumaSharpen effect, that was a bit too much for me.
Fantastic difference in the appearance of my game, however. Thank you for creating this.
