FYI, for anyone curious... These mods are a "preset, already saved when you are in main menu screen. The mods cannot be added to your existing game, but rather, you chose "load game" option to play the player the mod creator formed. There, after the opening backstory cutscene, you can custom change the look of the player, and customize the gameplay settings, although some will require a season change to take effect. Hope this helps some of you understand the "mod" is a saved game, and not a mod to attach to your existing character, like how mods are added to sims 4 or other games.

C:\Users\*yourpcname*\AppData\Local\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames it was here for me(don't forget to check hidden hidden item in your file explorer)
If you are using xbox game pass: go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages, look for a folder named "ToplitzProductionsGmbH.MedievalDynasty_<randomletters>" Move to SystemAppData->wgs-> another folder with random letters.
In this folder there is another folder with random letters, this is your savegame folder.
Since you cant use .sav files in this folder it getting a bit tricky now: start a new game and save. write down the timestamp of the save and quit the game. look for a new file in the savegame folder from above with the timestamp you wrote down. copy the name of this file. rename cheatman.sav into the copied name. start the game delete the old savegame (you just created and copied the name of) and insert the renamed cheatman.sav load your created savegame and it will be the cheatman save. save your game
The savegame works, but with the current updates all it gives you is the technology credits. Building, Survival and Crafting have 1 point between them to spend, so as it is now this isn’t that much of a headstart. Would be great if this could be updated, thanks for your work
Ive tried searching my coin value i the save game editor and it doesnt appear anywhere for the file name provided. Ive went in game and changed my coin amount multiple times from 100 to 500 to 50 to 50.5to 1005.5 etc etc. Anyone have a fix? I believe the game has been updated to make chaning your coin value harder
You need to unpack the file in your save folder. Here a link with an introduction, how to find your saves: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1129580/view/5525343639478872449

To edit values in the save file. I found out the ID code for coins = C53A69004BB01EEBBA02CD86D4CBA6C6
Can you please share the ID code for the technology point values you changed?
