    I don't fully understand, does this mod add silent footsteps without replacing the Spirit Camo?
    And how do I install this mod in my game?

      It will makes your footsteps silent when wearing the sneaking suit, it wont conflict with the spirit camo in the new version. Put the files in the MGS3 folder

    What's the difference? Also, this mod mentions that you also uploaded some "naked" parts mod, can you reupload it?
