It's a cool mod idea, fixing the credits to put Jodi Benson for EVA, but uhh.. where's the file supposed to go? You've not mentioned any instructions where it needs to be dropped or nothing.
I didn't put instructions as it's structured to install automatically with Vortex mod manager.
If you're not using a mod manager (which is HIGHLY suggested you do as every game update tends to wipe out texture mods), simply extract the textures folder into your main game folder exactly how it is - do not manually move things around.

Definitely throwing this in my next playthrough, so Jodi can finally get some long overdue recognition for such an amazing character!
