   Is it possible for a version that doesn't have the head nulled out and just replaces the sneaking suit?

   It is possible to replace it with the parasite suit, but there is the First-Person bug.

      No. you obviously don't understand how this mod works. this mod consists of 2 models; the parasite suit with the head mesh nulled out and the camo skull with her body mesh nulled out. the "uniform" slot is replaced by the parasite suit without the head, and the "head option" slot is replaced by the camo skull head without the body. the parasite slot only has the uniform option available, so NO it is not possible. try this mod and don't equip the balaclava and see what happens.
