Only thing I wanted was PS4 buttons. There's just absolutely no fix that exists to allow me to JUST SEE PS4 buttons. Not even this mod fixes it. Shame.
Mod is still mostly working, the only feature that the log file shows as not working is the Analog Movement Fix - see below. The intro movie skip and, most importantly, resolution unlock are working. Being able to play at 3440x1440 is great.

Thank you for this amazing mod, it is absolutely essential. Is it possible to extend the shadow render distance in Metaphor somehow? Shadow pop-in is visible in various places such as on the outside of the Grand Cathedral. If MetaphorFix gets an update in the future, the addition of the option to extend the shadow render distance would be awesome.
for some reason this seems to change nothing about my game, it isnt in ultrawide, the logos dont get skipped etc and i checked the metaphorfix.ini did i do something wrong??
Windows Defender may be automatically quarantining the latest version. I've heard several reports of false positive flagging and Defender deleting the latest version for some people. You'll want to add it as an exception in Windows Defender to get it to stop deleting the file. Sorry for the hassle but we'll probably have to blame Microsoft for this one.
I have the same problem, and this hasn't worked for me. I extracted all of the files into the base game folder and the game does nothing different on startup. I even reinstalled the game thinking that something was wrong with it and nothing worked.
Thanks so much for making this game playable on ultrawide. Any idea if it would be possible to get rid of the darkening on the left side of the UI when picking up items etc?
Thanks for mentioning this, it was really annoying me as well - I'm having some issues installing it though? I've tried using Reloader II to do it automatically but it's not having any effect.

As for analog movement fix, is expected cause the developers implemented their own fix.
