The mod seems to be archived improperly. You need to unpack it somewhere and then compress only the natives, modinfo, and screenshot files into a new rar archive.
I tried to replace it at some point but in the game files the lyrics and instrumental are in separated tracks, so the game can fade in and out the lyrics of the song.
I could just replace the instrumental for the full Japanese and replace the lyrics with silence, but i personally prefer to have the more dynamic monster hunter language version than a static Japanese version.
I even tried to separate the instrumental and lyrics to no avail, as i don't know a lot of music editing and whatnot, even tried some AI services to separate the track, but the results were between almost acceptable and pretty bad.
Weird, I don't have any problem with it, you can try to extract the rar and put the folder containing the files directly in the mods folder it should be something like this: ...\Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\MHRISE\Mods\
in this case. you need to extract to some where. and re-archive it with WinRAR so copy it to "Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\MHRISE\Mods\" again.. AAAAAAAAND TADA!! :D

it should be something like this:
...\Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\MHRISE\Mods\
so copy it to "Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\MHRISE\Mods\" again.. AAAAAAAAND TADA!! :D
