If you ask me a question answered in the description I will give you a condescending answer. I'd say "you've been warned" but if it got to that point you wouldn't have read this either so.... (Hey! A free condescending example!) (Sorry, nothing personal. Nexus users and their general ability to not read have broken me, and I don't deal well with customer service roles and people asking stupid obvious questions.)
Vortex is not supported. If it works for you, great. If not, oh well. I package all my mods with `modinfo.ini` files setup for FMM and in many cases to list as sub-menus. Vortex doesn't like the sub-menus. Either way, I don't use Vortex and am not going out of my way to reinvent everything just for it.
Yo imma need some help, pretty sure i done everything right but not sure tho I get stuck on the console everytime on game boot up until a game not reacting message pops up
+1 EDIT: I waited and let it "not respond" about 3 or 4 times, then the game started up normally with a new REFramework.NET Script Generated UI option in the REFramework menu.
2. Download REFramework with C# API (REF.NET) Option A (Best Way - GitHub, always updated): •Go to this page: REF GitHub Actions •Login to GitHub (or create a free account if you don’t have one) •Click on the latest result under “Actions” •Download these two files from the Artifacts section: 1.The version of REFramework for Monster Hunter Wilds 2.The csharp-api archive (This one is at the Bottom) Option B (Easier, less updated): •The mod author included a download link with these files already packaged, you can use that instead.
3. Install REFramework + C# API •Extract the REFramework archive into your MonsterHunterWilds game folder. •You should see a file called dinput8.dll end up in the same folder as the game’s .exe. •Extract the csharp-api archive into the same game folder. •Make sure that a folder called plugins ends up inside a folder named reframework, like this:
MonsterHunterWilds\ └── reframework\ └── plugins\ └── (mod files go here)
If any folder is missing, just create it manually.
4. Install Fluffy Mod Manager (for the actual mod) •Download Fluffy Mod Manager if you don’t have it: https://www.fluffyquack.com •Install and run it. •To install the mod: •You can drag and drop the mod .zip or .rar file into the Mod Manager without extracting it.
That’s it!
When you launch the game, REFramework should run automatically and the mod should be working. The first time you launch might be a little slower while it sets things up.
Thanks for the mod!! Fashion should always be top priority in this games, and I want my hunter go through the story looking like a diva.
Yeahhh this saved me a headache, no offense to the mod author but it also doesnt help to have such a bad text formatting as a guide for something that most users will likely have never done (I used github in the past and never went through the actions tab.)
Would you kindly consider putting a visible note at the top stating that this mod WILL make layered armors that are NOT yet available -but are in the game files- accessible to the player?
It's not that big a deal but some of us players may have a preference to not unlock things that we're not meant to have yet :D I mean no disrespect and this is an incredible mod that I so hoped for!! But also, I didn't expect it to unlock everything including content that shouldn't be accessible to players yet ^^
Thank you in advance for both this wonderful mod and your immeasurable patience! <3
Your mod is very good and can be used normally. However, every time I enter the game, this window as shown in the picture will pop up and it always remains there. When I close this window, the game is also closed simultaneously. How can this be solved?
Thanks for making this great mod. I installed and used this mod before the TU1 update, but now, even though I have uninstalled it, it still unlocks the newly released layered armor.
Is there a way to undo the effect of this mod? Or is the only way to do it by creating a new save?
It being installed or not doesn't affect what you have unlocked. That why the button is titled "Unlock all layered armor in current save". What's done is done.

Thanks OP!
1. Install .NET 8 Runtime
