As far as I can tell the default installation of reshade and LCPD combined don't actually contain all of the shaders/effects your preset requires. Can you clarify what is fully required?

How does the other reshade preset "LCPD" correlate with your preset? Can't you only have 1 preset active at a time?

you dont necessarily need LCPD but the mod is built off of his work and so to keep it as compatible as possible i included it.

Ahh I figured as much, my image is still pretty good but not like yours. I found turning the "negative temp" up to about 5-10 in the "Film" fx gets me as close to yours as I can make it. Just doesnt look as photorealsistic as your still :(

Also idk if you tried the "blur luminance" option in disable post effects, but I think it looks pretty decent. Really add some detail, though I wish I could adjust it a little bit and turn it down some.

hey thank you for the tips! i will for sure check them out! also alot of the screen shots where taken with versions 1.0 and 1.1, the other versions were created to turn down the "redness" of the light, which to be far was a bit much, i am hoping by 2.0 to have it perfect!

I'm just at a loss on how to get this working. As a play by play, I did everything in order, installed the latest version of Reshade to MHWilds, used the default settings plus SweetFX (on my second attempt to install SweetFX was checked by default so I kept it, and on the first failed attempt I unchecked it). I installed the most recent REFramework (Nightly01152). I place the provided folder from "Disable Post Processing Effects" into where the game exe. is located like it says to do. I place all the files provided in the Color Correction "Place these files in the game folder" folder and ignored the dinput8.dll file (I did not do this on the first attempt.). I then place the Vivify into the game directory as well, as instructed. But upon opening the game, everything is way too bright, and on both attempts, when looking at the Home section I see an error saying, "There were errors loading some effects." and for some reason I can't expand the area to see all of the effects. In the images referenced in the threads here, none of the effects except the main 3 (CAS.fx, LUT.fx, and MagicBloom.fx) are even listed. I would really love some guidance on where I went wrong.

would you mind posting some screen shots on both the Framework effects and the Reshade effects enabled, that would be a great start!

Hi, I wanted to try reshade, but I can't get the result in the photos. It's even quite unpleasant to look at, it's either very dark or very shiny, and I don't know if it's normal for it to look like that.

Send a screen shot of your reshade load order if you could, that will help me determine the issue much quicker

I will send you over my load order, but i would say that you may have some values not loading correctly, please make sure the other mods are installed correctly and then make sure the order looks like this:

Again, i would have to see your load order on reshade and also you would have to insure that you looked over the other mods properly and insured you installed them perfectly. ALL FEEDBACK IS VERY WELCOME! THANK YOU! <3

yes yes it looks correct! i posted the min and max in the directions, everyone has a different monitor, so tweak it to your liking, also the "red" would greatly be affected by your highs and lows as well, consider the way light interacts with objects when adjusting the lighting! But it does appear as tho you have installed it correctly!

I too see the screen as if it has a red filter on it. Where can I adjust to reduce this redness?

I encountered similar issue as yours, everything is under a red filter. When I turned HDR off, the problem is solved. There seems to be some color offset with HDR when this preset is on.

Yes this mod was made with the intent to be used by everyone, even though i have an hdr 10+ monitor myself, i still made the choice to create it and took the dynamic range into account as  much as possible, simulating a replacement and insuring image quality without much draw back from disabling HDR. that being said, i didnt consider testing what HDR would do or look like when enabled, thank you for bring this to my attention, i will update the info asap!

that is a common issue that happens when installing reshade, please make sure you have the most compatible version of REFramework and that you have a bit of Vram wiggle room to run reshade and the other mods comfortably.

i would install the latest version first and delete the version you installed, and yes it would appear you are only running the color correction reshade and somewhere down the line it was renamed "vivify" but the original color correction and post processing disabler do wonders for the visuals!

-just did a full removal and re install of all 3 mods, i have the exact same settings....must be user error somewhere? luckly the vivify reshade is great as it is-

3rd full re install seemed to fix the issue think another mod was having conflicts- works now

I use automatic translation, so please forgive me if the text is weird.

I want to thank you so much! The lighting is amazing, and the granularity adjustment allowed me to lower the game quality settings and still get beautiful images.
This greatly helps me to see beautiful pictures when the FPS is always unstable.

Do I need to change any in-game settings for the "Disable Post Processing Effects" mod? Or will your mod automatically adjust this?
