    Probably way harder to pull off but olivias cat replacing nata would be badass

      Yep, I think for me right now that's too hard. I randomly use a cat to replace him to test if this works, and it is quite funny in the cutscene, he becomes someone who should appear in Elder Scrolls. I got a feeling this might just hit some people's kinks. 
      BTW he'll vanish in his normal position. I guess it's due to wrong idle animation for him, It happened before when I let Nata(replaced) to do other idle animations then just sitting there. Some works some vanished. He can sleep with props on the ground yet can't read a book just like Felicita???

    Is it possible to create a mod to change the appearance of Olivia and Grandhub's store NPC to Felicita or alma?

      It's actually funnier than I thought. And the skirt physic still don't want to cooperate. Here's some image set
      BTW Olivia default is 180cm, damnnn she's tall.

      Don't have much time these days & some bone, chain issue, finally solve it.

      Fun fact, Do you know Olivia seems to be smiling while fighting against Uth Duna in cutscene, damnnnn she's tough.

    weird, i cannot change the character. The mod you recommended can change Nata. I tried deinstalling all mods and only used this mod. But unsuccessful. T_T

      Since you already install mod before, so I assume your loose file loader in REFramework must already been checked.
      Maybe....try to put the file manually?
      Just Unzip my mod, and you'll see the "natives" folder. 
      put it in the location below
      MonsterHunterWilds\natives

      So make sure you can see these files exist in this two folders (They are the most important file which make the swap happen)

      EDIT: Unfortunately, i tried your suggestion, but it didn't work.
      I tried this mod to change Alma and it worked. But i want to change her into Felicita. T_T

      Can it be....REFramework out of date...?
      I'm really confused, truly.
      1.You can install the mod I recommend which means loose file loader works perfectly.
      2.And the mod in your previous reply, most of those files are .pak file, which don't need loose file loader to work. So if Minoto is not wearing glasses means loose file loader still working perfectly.

      Since I'm truly so confused and curious about what really cause this.
      Would you mind check again these 4 things below
      1.Reframework version (Mine is v1.5.9.1+76-502322e6, at least it's what it writes on the ingame menu)
      2.Loose File Loader is ticked or not? (It should be ticked)
      3.Game version  (last update should be Ver.1.010.01.0, as long as you're playing online then your game must be the correct ver)
      4.Your game file folder( Mhws.exe's folder) How many .pak file are there? (Mine has 8 files with .pak file extension, I not actually sure how many should this be since DLC texture also in pak file and I not sure if it's in DLC folder or here, I asked this only because I once met a situation is I uninstall the mod, yet the mod's pak remains and affect my game) 

      I really want to help you fix it or find out what happened.

      Just another thought, will .lua file in REframework's autorun folder has the ability to affect mod? I don't know anything about .lua so this's just nonsense guessing.

      i know right? I'm also confused. I have 8 pak files in the main game folder.
      The ReFramework version is 1.5.9.1+71-c633636a ( might be the problem ? )
      Also it's unticked when booting the game. I always have to manually tick it.
      Game version is up to date.

      Reframework version is the same, I notice the number behind always changed.
      But the auto unticked and have to manually reticked part is really not normal. It should remember its status and stay still.
      I really assume this is the problem.
      1. I suggest you use fluffy manager to unload all the mod, after unload all the mod, check this folder
          MonsterHunterWilds\natives
          Which should be empty while all the mods unload. (empty folder is okay, just no files)
      2. Open the game and hit the shortcut key(default is insert key) to open menu if it's not open in first place.
      3. Tick the loose file loader. Hit the shortcut key to close reframework's in-game menu
      4. Close the game. And try to open it again to see if the loose file loader tick box status remains the same status.
      5. If it remains the same status, then you can close the game again and use fluffy manager to install mod now.

      if the loose file loader is not tick, fluffy always warn you with a pop-up info to tell you it'll not work.
      Hope everything will go smoothly.
