   Not working for me downloaded it and activated via FMM and ear still there.Is it only for female?

      I have the same issue as a female wearing the mask as well. I downloaded catlib as well since they require it for mods and still no changes.

      if it's anything like the female headgear mod, the fix should be the same. It's pinned on this mod.

      This method worked for the hair change for female sakura, the mask still has the big ears for me as the sakura male gear.

      I am playing on female and this did not work when installed by fluffy. However, you can extract and then copy folder "069" and paste into
      "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\natives\stm\art\model\character\ch03".
      
      That made it work for me.

   I unequiped the face mask then downloaded it and installing manually by going to "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\natives\stm\art\model\character\ch02" then when I get to the game and tried to equip the mash my character turned invisible.Cloth and weapon all disappeared but I could walk around.

   tried every download and neither the female or male worked .... was kinda hoping cause it looks cool but i had to uninstall

      If you're playing female, you can extract the file and find the folder named "069".
      
      Then create a path like this, making the necessary folders if they don't already exist in your MH install directory.
      
      "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\natives\stm\art\model\character\ch03"
      
      Then copy folder "069" and paste it into folder "ch03"
      
      That worked for me

      Did your fix for the male version but unfortunately it get stuck on black screen at the main menu.

      Unfortunately it isn't working. Game gets stuck with black screen at main menu.

      Same mine get black screen at main menu.I get past the black when I uninstall the mod.

   I installed all the required mods perfectly, but 'Sakura Mask No Ears with Rey Dau Horns' mod doesn't work at all

   Love it! The mask looks so much better without the weird ears. Is there any chance you could do a version where the Mask is combined with the Oni Horns + Hair?

      For me, I have not purchased Oni horns DLC.
      So I prefered not to do it with something I have not paid for.
      Sorry for that.

   Oh nice, I was actually thinking that it would look better without the ears when I first equipped it.
