It seems that Fluffy Mod Manager is sometimes unable to completely delete mods for some reason. In such cases, you will need to manually delete the pak files. You should delete all pak files except for the original game files listed below.

Check that you have selected No. 6 in the Face Texture section. Also, are you using face paint that covers the entire face, such as No. 15 or 16? In addition to the above, some face paint settings may make it difficult to see the effects of the mod.
You can extract the files and rename your preferred .pak file to re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak.patch_004, then place it directly into your game folder. If re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak.patch_004 is already in use, you can change the patch_004 part to patch_005, or another unused number. However, I don't recommend installing the mod manually, as it makes mod management more complicated.
I tried that mod, but I don't quite understand the issue you're referring to. Since neither Ver.R Basic Textures nor my mod has been changed after TU1, I believe the problem might lie with another mod you're using.
Aren’t you using face paint that functions as a foundation, like No. 16? If you’re not, there’s a possibility that some mod that failed to uninstall properly is causing the issue. Please try the troubleshooting uninstallation method.
Hey, do you still have this problem? I have same problem(using Ver.R body, neck seams) too. Aren't you using kawaii texture 'without makeup'? In my case, neck seams appear at 'without makeup'. Other makeup mods are fine. Try another effect in mod.
I had same Ver.R body neck seam problem, but I solved it. Share the solution
(using Fluffy mod manager) 1. uninstall (switch off at FMM) all Kawaii Makeup mod and Ver.R body mods (including Armor mods that use Ver.R texture) 2. install Kawaii Makeup mod first, Ver.R texture second, and other Ver.R body and Ver.R armor mods last. 3. if you use another skin texture mod (e.g. nexusmods.com/monsterhunterwilds/mods/1498), finally install it.
Whenever change makeup, you have to uninstall all Ver.R mods and follow that process.
If neck seams appear again, It could be solved by re-installing mods to follow the process (I know it's boring) 1. Kawaii makeup 2. Ver.R texture 3. Ver.R body & Ver.R Armors 4. other skin texture mods
Character normal map and diffuse map improvement https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterwilds/mods/1498?tab=posts
I would like to combine it with this mod, but the skin irritation control part probably conflicts with it, so I can't use it together. I want to use only the makeup part.
Thanks for the reply, I understand. I would also like to work from psd or clip distributed by myself. Can you please tell me just what tool to use to make these files into pak files? For some reason when I jump to the URL in the “readme” it takes me to a 404.
Would it be possible to either remove the eyeshadow or lower the visual of it? I've tried the three colors and it shows like super visible around the eyes so the eyes looks puffy (?)
I've settled for using the face paint to cover it a bit, but I love the lips and eyeliner, so I wondered if it was either possible to have a more discreet eyeshadow or an option without it?
No pressure, I still absolutely love that mod, I was just wondering if it would be possible ^^
Sorry. For now, I don’t plan to add any more options. However, I’m distributing .clip and .psd files for those who want to customize the face texture. Feel free to use them if you’d like.
I love your char preset and makeup, unfortunately face and body colours don't match to a degree it kinda bothers, sadly. especially with Ver.R body.
when i removed mod in fluffy mod manager, it still shows my char's face slightly more "fleshy" coloured. I read sticky about removing these files re_chunk_000.pak re_chunk_000.pak.patch_001.pak re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak.patch_001.pak
I changed the skin color in the latest version, but does it still bother you? I don't use that mod myself, so I'm not sure. If you want to remove my mod completely, please re-read the troubleshooting guide carefully.
Sorry, I’m using a translation site for my English, so my intent might not be conveyed correctly. The "pak" file mentioned above is an original game file. It means you should leave the listed pak files as they are and delete everything else. Does this make sense? I'm sorry for confusing you with my poor English.
Delete everything *after* the 1kb file "re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak.patch_001.pak" so patch_002.pak etc
The files from 002 onward are all your pak mods, which might have conflicts The file up to 001 are the game files, don't delete these.
If you disable all mods in fluffy mod manager that have .pak files, fluffy should remove all pak from 002 onward
The game only load sub paks that follow (001, 002, etc), and considering the last game update makes 001, mods have to be named 002 etc
Once the game gets a new update with a real 002 file, fluffy mod manager will need to rename all your pak mods with 003 004 etc It's a pain but that's how it is. We need to use sub pak to load texture into the game, no other way around
I believe fluffy mod manager make a few dummy (empty) sub pak files (002, 003, 004, etc) to have room for future game updates, and your real mods are actually starting from 007 or something
Sorry, but I don't plan to add any more options for now as it would be difficult to manage. However, I plan to release a customizable file at a later date. Please wait until then.

re_chunk_000.pak
re_chunk_000.pak.patch_001.pak
re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak

but those are like 57 Gb in size?

I need a pink version without eyeliner and blush.
Can you separate the blush?
However, I plan to release a customizable file at a later date. Please wait until then.
