Hello, I like this mod very much, and it runs fine. I am currently using the gunlance appearance, and I found that the gunlance's attack judgment (mainly when shooting the dragon piercer) is longer than the original weapon's distance. Can you only change the appearance without changing other performances? Thank you (I used a translator, so I don't know if the expression is clear)
Thanks for pointing that out! The reason this happens is because I made the model of the weapon smaller than the normal size of gunlances. The range of the attack should be unaffected. I'll try to adjust it so that it more closely resembles the size of gunlances soon.

I have only used the Arkveld gunlance, and I didn't notice that you changed the appearance of the Arkveld gunlance and Artian gunlance at the same time. After the update, the attack range of the weapon is consistent with the Artian gunlance , but the Arkveld gunlance is shorter. After changing the appearance, the dragon piercer position becomes the same length as the Artian gunlance . Sorry again for increasing your workload.
Have you tried uninstalling the previous version of the mod, then clicking "Refresh mod list" in Fluffy Manager? When I tried it in game, both Artian and Arkveld gunlance appear to be the same size. Don't worry about reporting issues, I appreciate the feedback and I am happy to help!
After installing the mod, the two weapons are the same size as you said. But in fact,with out the mod, the anger position is different for these two weapons when firing the wymstake cannon. The Arkveld gunlance is shorter.and I hope the Arkveld gunlance could be the same as it is without any mods installed. Specifically,you can try to find a reference object in the training area to perform reload and focus strike, and compare the positions of augers.This may be the characteristics of different gunlances in the game i think :)
I think I understand what you mean now. Sorry about that, I didn't know that the range of things like wyrmstake cannon was different for different gunlances. I updated the file and option C for the gunlance might be what you were suggesting. Let me know what you think about it
I can start the game, but for some reason the first scene of putting the cup down doesn't show up REF and fluffy are up to date.I have not installed any other mods that change the appearance.
Did you happen to have any of the modded weapons equipped without having Eye of Horus and Iron Horus Essentials enabled in fluffy? That file contains textures for all the weapons and causes problems like infinite loading if it's not enabled alongside the weapon model mod

You can replace other weapons by changing the files and folders for that weapon. For example, if I wanted to change the Sword and Shield from Artian SnS to Lala Barina SnS, the folders would look like this: Eye of Horus and Iron Horus SnS\natives\STM\Art\Model\Item\it01\00\0018\ (Artian SnS) Eye of Horus and Iron Horus SnS\natives\STM\Art\Model\Item\it01\00\0033\ (Lala Barina SnS)
and the files would need to be renamed too: it0100_0018_0.mdf2 -> it0100_0033_0.mdf2 it0100_0018_0.mesh -> it0100_0033_0.mesh it0100_0018_1.mdf2 -> it0100_0033_1.mdf2 it0100_0018_1.mesh -> it0100_0033_1.mesh
As for finding out the file path for the weapon you want to replace, I'm not sure if there's a document or wiki that has the file path for every weapon at the moment. The way I find that out is using RE Asset Library which is a Blender plugin that shows the file path for everything in the game.
