Changes Uragaan into the most legendary variant in the entire series, WATERMELON (which is a real thing that exists??). Or a relative approximation, anyway. As close to Watermelon Uragaan as someone sleep deprived and with the skills of someone half their age is going to accomplish in like, an hour 'cause they thought it'd be funny, at the very least.
