    Dumb question possibly, but are these presets perfect rips of the NPC models or a custom "as close as I could get" kinda thing?

      Perfect rips. I just took them straight out of the data.

      If I remember right, these screenshots don't use my face mods or textures either.

      Serious Handler has her own unique model. I may make a playable version later if my playable Handler experiment ends up working properly.

      There was a very old file that did it, but the filename was changed to something like "NPC Presets" and that probably made it harder to search for.

    I am so going to need this or some other preset for a caucasian gal (ie white american), as my current one is just shit. I found someone showing off theirs on reddit, but they didn't upload anything for sliders & shit.

      That kinda looks like Madison Paige from Heavy Rain.

      I just uploaded all the humanoid presets in the game (as far as I can tell).
      I also noticed that girl. She is in NPC Female Presets Iceborne Set, should be preset number 5.

      Everyone can see it, because it is a preset that you are applying to your character via character edit or creation.

      Client-side asset replacements can't be seen by others because they would need to have those same models, textures, etc.
